League One
League One is the highest competitive community division; and offers direct promotion into the NRFL competition. In the Men's competition a Reserve team is a requirement, players in the Reserves do not need to meet the same age restrictions as for the NRFL competitions.
Community teams are eligible for promotion into League One. Only one team per club can play in Promotion/Relegation leagues (including League One). Clubs can enter as many teams as they like in the open leagues (Division 1 and below).
