The growth of girls and women's football and futsal is a key focus of Northern Region Football. We have a committed and driven team ready to support endeavours to grow girls and women in football and futsal
We want to develop depth in the women’s game by providing more opportunities for young girls to play football.
Our approach focuses on reducing barriers to getting involved by offering girls-only junior football, and opportunities to play in summer, to bring new girls into our game.
This tailor-made pathway aims to provide a high-quality experience which meets the needs of female players.
The goal is to increase participation and offer environments that allow every player the chance to reach her true potential.
