Football Fixtures Confirmed 19/20 July 2025

Enjoy your Football this weekend!

Due to the significant rainfall across the region, a large number of fields have restrictions or closures in place. Please help keep pitches in a playable condition for everyone by minimising avoidable foot traffic and looking after the playing surfaces.

  • Please check your game time and location carefully, as fixtures have been moved.
  • If you arrive at a ground and both teams agree the pitch is unsafe or unplayable, please notify the home club and the NRF Competitions team immediately.
  • Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

With more wet weather, fields are still saturated, and water is struggling to drain away. We have tried our best to shuffle and move as many games as possible to ensure as many people play as we can fit onto the available fields.

Sadly, though, we have had to cancel some games, as there are simply not enough available hours on the fields that are left over.

The Council have done an incredible job in these very wet conditions to open up as many fields as they can, and we need to work together to manage the current situation.

Out of 982 games scheduled, we have sadly had to make the call on 18 matches and cancel them.

Please carefully check your match schedule, as some teams will be playing in places they would not normally play.

  • If you are the home team, then you need to supply the nets and corner flags for the game.
  • If for any reason your match is abandoned or not able to be played, make sure you inform the Competitions team as soon as possible.

Hopefully, the sunshine will come out next week and help dry the fields out so everyone can get back out there.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this very wet winter.
