Women's Open Divisions
NRF offers 10-team open leagues from Women's Division 1. In 2025 there were 7
open-age Women's Divisions. The amount of Divisions depends on the amount of team
entries received from clubs. Leagues are Auckland-wide until Division 5. At Division 5 and below leagues become regionalised.

Division 1 teams are eligible for promotion into Women's League One. Only one team per club can play in Promotion/Relegation leagues (including League One). Clubs can enter as many teams as they like in the open leagues (Division 1 and below).

Women's Legacy League (30+)

NRF offers a 9v9 league with 35min halves for Women's teams Over 30
