The NRF Women's Futsal League is a competition that aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for women of varying skill levels to engage in Futsal over the winter season.
By emphasising development and creating a connection with the sport, the league cultivates an enjoyable environment and builds a strong, female futsal community.
The competition provides a platform for the Futsal Referee Development Programme (FRDP). The FRDP accelerates the development of selected referees in the Auckland region in preparation for national competitions.
Competition Format;
- 10 week programme
- 6-team round robin + finals series
- 2-point referee control
- 2x 19min halves (Running clock)
- 2min half time
