Expressions of Interest are invited for the above Women’s Head Coaching Roles for our club heading into the 2025 season.

 

The successful candidates will lead teams in the NRF Women’s Championship working towards the goal of securing promotion to the NRFL Women’s Premier League, and our Development Women’s team who will be competing in the WaiBop W-League Federation competition. 

 

The positions will play a key role in the continued growth of women's football within our club and will also work closely with our Head of Women’s Football Development to continue to grow our Girls Academy Programme. 

 

Hamilton Wanderers has a strong history in our Women’s programme with:

- Multiple Napier U19 and Western Springs U17 tournament victories
- Previous National Women’s League qualification 
- Kate Sheppard Cup finalists
 

This is a paid coaching role.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Women’s First team with a focus on gaining promotion to the NRFL
Work closely together to foster a smooth player transition from the W-League into Northern League Football
Champion the growth of women’s football across the club and our community 
 

Candidates will require the following:

NZF/OFC  C Licence and a desire to work towards an NZF/OFC B license (NRFL Womens Championship)
NZF Senior Level 1 and a desire to gain a NZF/OFC C License (WaiBop W League Federation role)
A willingness to immerse themselves fully at Hamilton Wanderers and become a valued member across our club
