To get the most out of the seaon, clubs need to enter administrators, committee members, coaches (for all grades) and team managers in Sporty using the correct forms, so they can:
- Access Sporty properly
- Get the right communications from the club and NRF
- Appear correctly in registrations, team sheets and reporting, reducing delays caused by missing or incorrect contacts
Getting this right at the start of the season will help things run smoothly and save hassles on game days for everyone.
Remember - use club-specific forms to enter your people into Sporty
Clubs need to use their own versions of these forms (club-specific links) so that each person is registered to you correctly.
Administrators - complete the ‘Football Volunteer/Administrator Registration 2026’ form
Coaches - complete the ‘Football Coach Registration 2026’ form for coaches and team managers, one submission per person/role as required by the form
When
Ideally this happens as soon as administrators or coaches are confirmed in their roles before the season starts.
As soon as appointments are confirmed, ideally, before the season starts. Please let us know within 5 working days of any role change (new appointment, resignation, role change, coach/manager reassignment).
For Sporty administrators
- You can find the correct links for administrators and coaches / managers by going to: Dashboard → Online Registrations → 2026 → Football to copy your club’s unique links and send the correct form link to the right people
- Football Volunteer/Administrator Registration 2026 (Club Administrators & Committee Members)
- Football Coach Registration 2026 (all coaches and team managers
- If the end user already has a Sporty profile:
- Please use your existing Sporty username/login (do not create a new account), so your registration links to your current profile and history.
- Complete and submit the form:
- Enter all required details accurately (especially name, email and phone)
- Coaches and team managers must ensure they are linked to the correct team/grade if prompted
- Make sure to submit the form when you're finished!
