We are looking for youth players (ages 14–19) to step up, share their perspective, and help shape the future of youth football in Auckland.

The core purpose of the Rangatahi Advisory Group is to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance to NRF related to the design, implementation and review of NRF's Auckland Mixed Youth Competitions. The review is looking at competition structure and competitive balance, alongside factors like coach development, sideline environments, and the voice of rangatahi.

We are seeking male and female players aged 14-19 who are currently participating in NRF competitions and have experience playing in Auckland youth football competitions to be involved in the group.

Nominees do not need to be the most experienced players or the most outspoken. We are looking for young people who are willing to share their perspectives, contribute their ideas, and help shape a football environment that fosters positive experiences for youth players.
